Terms of Use
The rules for using this website.
These terms apply to tre-up.com, the early access list, the Pursue Signal Preview and Research Notes. By using the website you agree to them. The Tre-Up app will have its own terms before launch.
Updated 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
Tre-Up is an iOS app in development, built by its founder, Yiğit Ali Kurt, in Istanbul, Türkiye. Tre-Up is not yet incorporated. "We" and "us" in these terms mean him, operating as Tre-Up. Contact: company@tre-up.com.
Pursue is the AI being built inside Tre-Up. The app has not launched, and no part of it is for sale.
2. Early access
- Joining the list is free and does not create a purchase, a contract for the app, or a guaranteed place. Invitations go out in small groups, and we decide the order.
- Features, timing and availability may change, and the product may not launch.
- You must be 18 or older and give your own email address.
3. Pursue Signal Preview
- The preview is a free research study, open to anyone. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time without giving a reason.
- You take part with a code instead of your name: invited participants use the code from their invitation (for example P07); anyone else gets a random code (for example W-7K3F2), shown when they finish.
- You must be 18 or older, use only your own participant code, and answer only about yourself. Do not enter names, health details, passwords or other people's information.
- A Pursue read is a suggestion about your own day, written by an AI model following our rules or with human help. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a diagnosis or treatment. You decide what to do with it.
- The preview is not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in danger or need urgent help, contact your local emergency number.
- You allow us to use your answers and feedback, as described in the Privacy Policy, to research and improve Pursue. We report results only as totals and never publish anything that could identify you.
4. Research Notes
- Research Notes are general information about published research, written in our own words with links to the original sources. They are not medical or other professional advice, and they are not a complete review of any field.
- Studies, papers and documents belong to their authors and publishers. Institution names, logos and flags identify where research was done; trademarks belong to their owners. No institution or author is affiliated with Tre-Up or endorses it.
- If you find a mistake, write to company@tre-up.com. We correct notes and change their date.
5. Using and citing our content
The website's text, design, images and the Tre-Up and Pursue names and marks belong to us, except third-party material such as cited studies, institution logos and flags.
You may read, link to, quote and summarise Research Notes, and search engines and AI assistants may index, summarise and cite them, as long as the source is credited with a link to the page on tre-up.com. Please do not present our notes as your own, or republish whole pages, without permission.
6. What you must not do
- Disrupt, overload or try to break into the website or its forms.
- Submit someone else's email address or false, harmful or unlawful content.
- Use the forms to send spam or automated submissions.
7. No warranty, and limits on liability
The website, the preview and Research Notes are provided free of charge and "as is". We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, error-free or always online.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the website or a Pursue read. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Links to other websites
We link to studies, publishers and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are decided by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may use the consumer authorities and courts available to you there.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. Changes apply from that date; for the preview, we tell participants before a change that affects them.
